PT. VADS Indonesia is a subsidiary company of TM ONE, the enterprise and public sector business solutions arm of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) Group. PT. VADS Indonesia is the customer's chosen partner in digital customer experience management. We put process, technology, and people together to reach your ultimate goal. Established in 1991 from a joint venture between IBM Global Network Services and Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM), and then VADS Indonesia started its operations in Indonesia on December 1, 2008.
