Berdiri pada tahun 1990, PT. Waruna Shipyard Indonesia (WSI) adalah salah satu perusahaan galangan kapal (tempat pembangunan dan perbaikan kapal) dan perusahaan pelayaran (shipping) terbesar di Indonesia yang berkantor pusat di area Kecamatan Medan Baru Kota Medan Provinsi Sumatera Utara.

Sebagai bagian dari Waruna Group, PT. WSI fokus melayani pembangunan kapal baru (new building) serta pemeliharaan dan perbaikan kapal (ship repair) yang didukung fasilitas utama di Belawan, Medan dengan kapasitas hingga 100.000 DWT.

Diakui sebagai salah satu dari "TOP 50 Global Ship Owners", PT. WSI mengoperasikan lebih dari 150 kapal dan mengelola fasilitas seperti graving docks serta menjadi salah satu mitra utama PT Pertamina (Persero) dalam distribusi energi (minyak) domestik maupun internasional.

Our Company was established in 1990. Since that year, We were grown to be a shipyard that one of the largest Dry Docks in Indonesia, with the capacity up to 100,000 DWT.

We also operate subsidiary businesses like shipping and ship building. With a vision to be become a National Legacy in Ship owner and Shipyard Business.
