Sebagai anak usaha dari perusahaan asal Singapura CapitaLand Investment melalui The Ascott Limited, The Ascott Limited Indonesia menaungi portofolio properti mulai dari apartemen berlayanan mewah hingga hotel kasual dengan brand populer termasuk Ascott, Somerset, Citadines, Oakwood, Quest, Harris, POP!, Vertu, Yello, dan lainnya yang tersebar di kota-kota besar Indonesia seperti Jakarta, Surabaya, Bali, Bandung, dan Yogyakarta.
