OHS & General Trainer

Location: Pulau Wetar, Gorontalo & Konawe

Requirement:

• Meet all the requirements for Health, Safety, and Work Environment of PT MMS which refers to the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 1827.K/30/MEM/2018 Decree of the Director-General of Mineral and Coal Number 185.K/37.04/DJB/2019 and regulations other related.
• Male
• Bachelor Degree majoring in Occupational Health and Safety or Engineering
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years work duration as a Safety Trainer
• Have POP & TOT certification
• Hard worker, continuous learning, good team work, familiar mining.

Technical Skill:

1. Experience in developing HSE training Module
2. Familiar with Indonesian Occupation Health and Safety regulation and legal framework
3. Familiar with HSE Management System in aligned to recognized standard
4. Independent Trainer

Soft Skill:

1. Good communication and interpersonal skill
2. Problem solving & decision making
3. High interests in people development and performance
