Berdiri pada tanggal 26 Mei 1995, PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel) adalah perusahaan operator telekomunikasi seluler terbesar di Indonesia yang berkantor pusat di area Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan Kota Jakarta Selatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta.
Sebagai penyedia jasa komunikasi berbasis GSM (suara dan SMS) serta pelopor teknologi 3G, 4G LTE, hingga implementasi jaringan 5G di Indonesia, Telkomsel didukung jaringan seluler yang mencakup lebih dari 95% populasi Indonesia, melayani ratusan juta pelanggan dari perkotaan hingga pulau terluar ditunjang jaringan gerai pelayanan pelanggan resmi yang dikenal dengan nama GraPARI.
Anak usaha dari PT Telkom Indonesia (65%) dan perusahaan yang berbasis di Singapura Singtel (35%) ini merupakan operator seluler terbesar di Indonesia dengan melayani lebih dari 150 juta pelanggan. Telkomsel menyediakan layanan seluler, digital, dan broadband dengan prioritas perluasan jaringan 5G ke lebih dari 100 kota di Nusantara. Telkomsel melayani ragam pilihan layanan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pelanggan melalui produk paskabayar kartu HALO maupun prabayar simPATI dan kartu AS yang semuanya didukung oleh jaringan yang kuat sampai kepelosok tanah air.
Seiring dengan kerkembangan zaman, Telkomsel kini bertransformasi menjadi perusahaan telekomunikasi digital terdepan yang menyediakan konektivitas, platform, dan layanan digital di seluruh penjuru Nusantara dengan memperluas bisnisnya ke segmen Fixed Broadband setelah resmi mengintegrasikan layanan internet rumah IndiHome dari Telkom Indonesia sejak tahun 2023.

HISTORY
Since being established on May 26, 1995, Telkomsel has consistently served Indonesia, opening telecommunications access across the country, from Sabang to Merauke.
With more than 170 million customers, Telkomsel is currently the largest cellular operator in Indonesia. To serve customers all over Indonesia, even in remote areas, outer islands, and border areas, Telkomsel has built more than 233,000 BTS.
Telkomsel has also consistently implemented the latest mobile technology and was the first to commercially launch 4G LTE mobile services in Indonesia. Entering the digital era, Telkomsel continues to expand its digital business, including Digital Advertising, Digital Lifestyle, Mobile Financial Services, and the Internet of Things. To serve the needs of customers, Telkomsel has MyTelkomsel app, Telkomsel Virtual Assistant, also Telkomsel operates a 24-hour call center and GraPARI services spread across Indonesia.
