Admin Support Purchase & Sales
Requirement
- Male / Female
- Bachelor's degree all majors
- Excellent English skills both in oral and written
- Have experience in Admin Support purchase & sales
- Familiar with Ms. Office & accounting processes and software
- Exceptional interpersonal and highly motivated
- Excellent administration and communication skills
- Job location at KIM (Kawasan Industri Mitra Karawang)
Responsibilities
- Maintaining files and records related to both purchase and sales transactions
- Assisting in day-to-day tasks that require administrative input, like scheduling meetings, coordinating between departments, and handling office supplies
- Communicating with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on purchase orders
- Creating and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities, specifications, and pricing
- Monitoring the delivery schedule to ensure timely arrival of materials for production
- Inputting and managing sales orders, ensuring accurate information regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules
