Admin Support Purchase & Sales

Requirement

  • Male / Female
  • Bachelor's degree all majors
  • Excellent English skills both in oral and written
  • Have experience in Admin Support purchase & sales
  • Familiar with Ms. Office & accounting processes and software
  • Exceptional interpersonal and highly motivated
  • Excellent administration and communication skills
  • Job location at KIM (Kawasan Industri Mitra Karawang)

Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining files and records related to both purchase and sales transactions
  2. Assisting in day-to-day tasks that require administrative input, like scheduling meetings, coordinating between departments, and handling office supplies
  3. Communicating with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on purchase orders
  4. Creating and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities, specifications, and pricing
  5. Monitoring the delivery schedule to ensure timely arrival of materials for production
  6. Inputting and managing sales orders, ensuring accurate information regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules
