Responsibilities :

Ensuring correct quality incoming raw material
In process inspection
Finish good inspection
Ensure product quality in compliane to OA requirement
Analyze and discuss with production team to improve quality standard
Coordination with PPIC and Production for fast disposal
Ensure no delay because of QC
Man power management
Provide feedback of defect
Maintenance of measuring instrument
Calibration of measuring instrument
Monthly Quality Summary
Training to subordinates

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree from Metalurgy
Proficiency in English both spoken & written
Having min 5 years working experience in other steel company at various level in QC/QA/R&D process control
A highly motivated person and have leadership skill, fast leaner, positive attitude, disciplined, good team work and able to work under pressure
