Good Times, Do Good! Potato Head started in Jakarta as a simple idea: a desire to create a casual restaurant with great food and drinks, and to never be pretentious. As more people joined, we expanded the idea to a beach club for good friends to have good times at a great place. Now rooted in Bali and expanding as a lifestyle brand, we continue to invite people to have an amazing time every day.

We care passionately about mother earth and strive to lessen our footprint without compromising the experiences people crave. We believe in moving the world forward, and love the fact that every day is an opportunity to become better than yesterday.

Designed by acclaimed architect Andra Matin as a modern take on the Coliseum, the towering elliptical façade is crafted in Potato Head’s seminal trademark of mismatched 18th century teak shutters collected from across the Indonesian archipelago. The beachfront bar and 500-square meter emerald lawn leading to an infinity pool is all housed inside a state-of-the-art amphitheater.

Drawing focus on the ground floor is the Potato Head bar; designed using ideas from the owners’ personal collection of vintage mid century furniture. The selection of handcrafted cocktails offers a cool and opulent fusion of both old and new inspirations carefully combined with cutting edge mixology techniques.

Like its counterpart in Jakarta, the continually evolving artisanal cocktails at PHBC are a high point. Beyond the lounge-bar space, PHBC houses three restaurants where each of them presents its own distinct personalities.

Potato Head Restaurant serves comfort food inspired by International home cooked recipes.

Come late evening, PHBC shifts gear into party mode. Partygoers take over the lawn as resident DJs showcase their skills and spin well into the early hours.
