Lowongan Pekerjaan Quality Assurance Engineer

Saat ini PT ECCO Tannery Indonesia sedang membutuhkan kandidat personil yang memiliki motivasi untuk berkembang dan menggapai impian bersama Kami untuk menempati posisi sebagai:

We are welcoming professional to come onboard as a Quality Assurance Engineer in our team, who will shape the standards by in charge to uncovering root causes, read and interpretation between lines and data trends, implement system to prevent reoccurrence happens and working closely with cross-functional team.

Placement: Candi, Sidoarjo, East Java

THE ROLE WITHIN WILL BE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Analyse product and process quality data to identify trends, abnormalities, and room for improvement
2. Investigate root causes of reject and or rework products, and implement sustainable corrective actions
3. Drive improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, or any other relevant framework
4. Maintain documentation and reporting system to support traceability
5. Monitor and evaluate leather production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
6. Support internal audit, customer audit, and certification processes (e.g ISO 9001, LWG, etc.)

ABOUT CANDIDATE

• Strong in data management and insight analytics
• Familiar with continuous improvement tools approaches (PDCA, Fish Bone, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
• Familiar with international standard such as ISO 9001
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in Business English
