Trainer Operation

Requirements:

• Minimum High School or Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines, with a primary focus on K3 (Occupational Health and Safety), Environmental Engineering, and Mining Engineering
• Master operator of heavy mining equipment (Excavator, Dozer, Grader, Compact, and Dump Truck) with at least 10 years of hands-on experience
• Trainer for heavy equipment in the mining industry with at least 3 years of experience providing training in operating heavy equipment
• Minimum TOT (Training of Trainer) Level 4 certification from
• Competency assessor certification
• POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Roles:

1. Analyze training needs and prepare a structured, scheduled, and targeted training plan for SCM employees to support employee development
2. Design, develop, review, and revise training curriculum, materials, methods, strategies, and techniques to ensure effective training and meet job requirements and competencies
3. Conduct Defensive Driving training, assessments, and evaluations for employees or contractors to ensure safe and standard operational behavior
4. Perform basic assessments for Light Vehicle and Heavy Equipment operators as requested by SCM or contractors to identify and address competency gaps
5. Prepare and operate heavy equipment; simulators (if available), and other field facilities according to established standards to ensure safe and effective training execution
