HR Manager

Job Description:

1. Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
2. Onboarding newcomers to the company
3. Determining suitable salaries and remuneration
4. Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
5. Developing adequate induction and training
6. Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
7. Managing succession planning of staff
8. Assisting with the performance management and review process
9. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
10. Handle commercial office & factory

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Management, Law
• 5+ Years of Experience as HR Manager
• People oriented and results driven
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Compétence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of ine company
