Human Resource Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organizational
- Bridge management and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Key Requirement
- Have HR work experience of more than 5 years
- Have High Management & Leadership Skills
- Have knowledge in terms of recruitment
- Understand matters related to HR management techniques
- Understand employment law
- Deep understanding of salary and compensation structures
- Good communication skills are needed not only in the communication process with employees but also legal issues and local authority
- Have experience in matters related to HR issues
