Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organizational
  2. Bridge management and employee relations
  3. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  4. Manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Key Requirement

  • Have HR work experience of more than 5 years
  • Have High Management & Leadership Skills
  • Have knowledge in terms of recruitment
  • Understand matters related to HR management techniques
  • Understand employment law
  • Deep understanding of salary and compensation structures
  • Good communication skills are needed not only in the communication process with employees but also legal issues and local authority
  • Have experience in matters related to HR issues
