We are seeking qualified, high integrity and energetic person to fulfill the following positions:

Payroll Officer

Job Description:

  1. Familiar to managed the employee payroll records on hand and in the data system
  2. Maintained the payroll system tax tables and produced related payroll reports, each pay and quarterly
  3. Able to ensures timely payments and updates internal payroll databases
  4. Ensuring taxes comply with company and state regulations
  5. Managed and process the monthly main payroll for 6000+ salaried employees through PeopleSoft
  6. Evaluated and ensured the accuracy of all personnel action forms and changes that affect payroll
  7. Updated payroll records including salaries, promotions, déductions, and taxes
  8. Familiar with BPJS calculation

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor Diploma or higher or in any relevant discipline
  • Proven work experience at least 5 years as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Administrator or similar role
  • Must be able to work independently or Team Work
  • Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity
