INTERNSHIP - TALENT JOURNEY DEPARTMENT

Requirements:

• Graduates / Final Year Students of Magister Psychology (preferable background from Industrial/ Organizational Psychology)
• Have extensive knowledge about Talent Management (9-boxes talent mapping and work-load analysis)
• Good communication skills in English both written & verbal
• Microsoft Office skills are a must
• Detail oriented with strong organizational & project management skills
• Available for 4-6 months period and willing to be located in our Jakarta Office, with frequent travel to our Minesite

Responsibilities:

1. Design & implement all talent processes (succession planning, leadership assessment, performance management, career development, talent assessment)
2. Support Talent Journey Team in creating career development plans, tracking actions, and providing support
3. Work collaboratively with Learning & Development team to support career development for employees
