Awal mula berdirinya Perusahaan Tiket2 Indonesia adalah perusahaan jasa layanan pemesanan tiket pesawat di Indonesia yang menyediakan fasilitas untuk membandingkan jadwal dan harga tiket, serta informasi jadwal penerbangan domestik dari berbagai kota di Indonesia selain pemesanan tiket itu sendiri. Website Tiket2 menggunakan dua bahasa, Indonesia dan Inggris. Tiket2 Indonesia berbasis di Wroclaw, Polandia dengan kantor cabang PT Tiket2 Indonesia yang berlokasi di Yogyakarta. Website Tiket2 dikontrol oleh tim IT yang bekerja dari Tiket2 Sp. z o.o di Polandia. Perusahaan Tiket2 didirikan pada tahun 2010 oleh Michal Czajkowski dan Juliusz Calyniuk. Perusahaan ini berpusat di Wroclaw, Polandia. Di Indonesia, Tiket2 beroperasi dengan nama PT Tiket2 Indonesia yang berlokasi di Yogyakarta.
