Legal Analyst

Job Description:

1. Provide propose/draft legal advice or legal opinions to answer issues or questions from business/user.
2. Drafting and/or reviewing of the draft agreement, including attend the meeting with counterpart and proactively provide valuable input during the meeting.
3. Conducting legal research and make a summary draft proposal action based on the research.
4. Review new or existing products documentations, marketing material or promotion program or other commercial program related.
5. Ensure the effective delivery of correspondence and legal document to other party in timely manner.
6. Proactively administer corporate and legal documents, manage the licenses/ permit (submit new application, monitoring the validity period, manage the renewal)
7. Ensure the regular report submitted within timeline
8. Provide advice to Manager in building, maintain and manage legal document, correspondence and regulations,
9. Conduct legal research and provide legal opinion to business user related to digitalization
10. Point of Contact (POC) for Menkominfo matters
11. Center of Expertise/CoE for any kind of business transaction correlated with digitalization.
12. Administer rand evaluate regulations and any changes in relation to the company.
13. Conduct socialization of new regulation or draft regulation including its initial gap analysis to other departments
14. Responsible for managing, coaching and developing direct reports, as well as ensuring other team members are receiving the support they require to achieve team and company goals and individual performance standards.
15. Manage team member and organization development, including performance management, retention and succession planning

Requirements:

• Min. bachelor's degree in law
• Has experience min 3-4 years in house lawyer in Insurance/ Pension Fund industry or reputable law firm.
• Has Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat/PKPA
• Has Risk Management certification will be an advantage
• Good understanding of Civil Law and Criminal Law
• Strong knowledge related to digitalization (in legal aspects)
• Deep understanding of life insurance and pension fund and its regulatory environment
• Advance knowledge in contract drafting
• Power Point, Excel (Microsoft office)
• English proficiency
• Good interpersonal skill
• Communication skill both verbal and written
• Meticulous/ conscientious
