HR Intern

Requirements:

• Undergraduate last semester or fresh graduate of Psychology, Law, Management, or Accountancy
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS.
• Energy, drive, and resilience who can work in an agile, fast-paced environment and respond quickly to business needs.
• Placement in Bali.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Preferably lived in Bali.

Job Description:

1. Ensure that there is a list / reference of candidate applicants according to the needs of each department.
2. Monitor Personnel administration which includes Employee Data.
3. Assist HRD in determining employee work status and monitoring its continuation.
4. Monitor and follow up the work contract process and appointment of permanent employees.
5. Anticipating the extension of the work contract and the process of termination of employment due to the expiration of the work contract.
6. Assisting crosscheck to concerned employees.
