SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably marketing, communications, journalism or equivalent.
• Proven work experience as a social media specialist, social media manager, or similar role minimum 2-3 years.
• Proven experience in successfully delivering social media, campaigns & projects implementation.
• Have knowledge in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to schedule posts, track metrics, etc.
• Good copywriting skills, good at writing short video scripts.
• Instagram and TikTok savvy.
• Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Willing and able to do WFO 5 days/week.

Responsibilities:

1. Research, create and write social media content plan with engaging captions.
2. Collaborate with Design team to develop the Reels, TikTok and Website content.
3. Increase company's website, social media and platforms engagement.
4. Provide and present internal reports on a weekly basis.
