HR Manager

Roles and Responsibility:

1. Supervise end to end HR activities within the company and manage employee lifecycle
2. Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the business objectives and priorities
3. Working closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies
4. Establishing HR Policies
5. Develop internal HR system and make adjustments accordingly
6. Analyze and consult with management for current and future business needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related fields
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources Management
• Fluent in English
• At least 5 years experienced in the same fields
• Willing to be place at site Weda bay, Central Halmahera
