Talent Acquisition SPV

Responsibility

1. Analyze employee requisition based on man power planning strategy
2. Manage end to end process of recruitment, started from sourcing, initial interview, psychological test, interview, background checking, and MCU
3. Develop source of candidate hiring and hiring method
4. Maintain and develop third parties relationship related with recruitment scope
5. Improve recruitment strategy for delivery vacancy fulfillment

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
• Minimum GPA 3.00 form reputable university
• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment
• Strong interviewing skill and psychometry
• Excellence in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
• Good critical dan analytical thinking
• Willing to be placed in Cikampek
