Maintenance Trainer

Job Description:

1. Prepare training matrix plan as per maintenance requirements
2. Prepare competency training module based on maintenance requirements
3. Transform maintenance procedure into the training module
4. Review standard competencies to standardize the minimum competency required to be able to do accountabilities in the role.
5. Evaluate the gap for individual trade technical competency on regular basis
6. Prepare plans to train or improve technical competencies based on competency gap analysis for every trade.
7. Deliver training in class and field.

Key requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor (or above) degree in Engineering or related
• At least 10 years of working experience in the related field
• Having experience in handling fixed plants such as: crushers, boilers, grinders, etc.
