job description:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talents
2. Conduct thorough job analysis and translate the job requirements to potential candidates
3. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization
4. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and ensure the company remains competitive, in attracting top talent

requirements:

• Psychology undergraduate student with interest / major in Industrial & Organizational Psychology
• Open for undergraduate student from 4th semester to final year student
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships with internal stakeholders
• Ready for internship duration minimum 3 to 12 months (depends on the availability)
• Ready for on-site working placement at South Jakarta
