The Team

• As part of providing risk assurance and advisory support to the business, the incumbent will be part of competent team with experience in business, finance, compliance and systems risk management that can effectively deliver end-to-end risk management advisory and assurance support to the management team and business process.

Roles and Responsibilities

• In collaboration with local Project Management Office and business process owners, perform annual & continuous integrated risk assessment and make risk management action plans proposals to the management reflecting the latest business objectives and risk appetite.
• Provide advisory to business process to establish end-to-end process flow for key business projects, evaluate the key risks, and design smart business controls by leveraging as much as possible on technology for automation completed with clear control owners accountabilities and documentation, to effectively mitigate the financial reporting, operational, and compliance.
• Perform integrated audits of the end-to-end process including the impact of enabling systems on the business process and SOX testing using risk-based approach, to independently and holistically assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the controls over the business process (both manual and automated). Analyze and assess the impact of findings and make recommendations based on forward-looking operating environment.
• Provide guidance to business process to continuously assess the existing control effectiveness and seek opportunities to automate controls where possible and orchestrate in a scalable / sustainable manner, while leveraging as much as possible on the latest available technology.
• Review trend analytics and interpreting data to timely detect and act on the potential anomalies and process control weaknesses

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s Degree or professionally qualified in Accounting and Auditing, and / or similar Systems accreditation (e.g. CISA / CMA)
• Fluent in English is a mandatory, both written and verbal
• 3 - 5 years risk management experience including roles in Big 4 accounting firms or Internal Audit functions
• Experience in ICFR / SOX 404 framework and / or ISO based quality management systems and / or Data Privacy regulatory framework
• Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end business process analysis (especially the impact of system on the business processes), risk-based auditing and advisory methodology especially in Project Management (PBO Framework)
• Good knowledge with curious mindset through continuous learning and asking the right questions to support in designing and implementing risks based controls framework
• Demonstrate keen awareness of customer centricity and financial savviness, connect the dots between business actions and risk awareness / identification
• Highly inquisitive and agile, practice active listening to spot improvement opportunities, decisive in solving problems even when dealing with ambiguity,
• An effective team player that can collaborate (assertive when needed), able to influence by communicating and contributing constructively and confidently in multidisciplinary, multinational environment
• Ability to generate insights through data and articulate them in a compelling manner to drive risk management actions through smart risk taking

• We are looking for a Control & Payment Analyst who will be based in Surabaya.

How Can You Make History With Us?

• Performing the execution of specific key controls on a daily and ad hoc basis in the Accounts Payable process, in accordance with relevant procedures and SOX controls
• Following up on errors and communicating findings to Accounts Payable teams
• Preparing in accordance with legal and company requirements payments proposal running and checking all related reports, reviewing them and researching payment related issues or errors
• Executing payments according to payment calendar maintaining current knowledge of P&P, requirements concerning VAT, other tax regulations dictated by statutory requirements of serviced affiliates
• Maintaining close cooperation with GL and Tax Departments to ensure qualified monitoring of correctness for entries performed by Accounts Payable team
• Cooperating closely with Vendor Master Data, Accounts Payable to ensure timely open items cleansing and with Treasury in order to ensure proper cash forecast and monitor payments execution
• Maintaining clear communication and relations with affiliates

Who Are We Looking For?

• Having 1-2 years experience working in Finance
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
• Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• Able to operate Computer literacy (Ms. Office) especially Ms. Excel
• Willing to be contracted for 6 months and placed in Surabaya

• Implement machine learning initiatives
• Analyze complex datasets and correlating information into predictive forecasts and / or fact-based trend analysis.
• Retrieve, synthesize, and present critical data in a format that is immediately useful to answering specific questions, increasing productivity, or improving sales performance.
• Analyze historical data to identify trends and support decision making.
• Suggest and develop new data sources, testing model enhancements, and fine-tuning model parameters.
• Provide requirements to develop analytic capabilities, platforms, and pipelines.
• Apply statistical or machine learning knowledge to specific business problems and data.
• Formalize assumptions about how users are expected to behave, create statistical definition of the outlier, and develop methods to systematically identify these outliers.
• Given anecdotes about anomalies or generate automatic scripts to define anomalies, deep dive to explain why they happen, and identify fixes.
• Build decision-making models and propose solution for the business problem you / the team has defined.
• Explain assumptions and quantitative methodologies to colleagues in other departments.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Understand A / B and incrementality testing best practices with a proven track record including experience in simulation and power analysis.
• Understanding of ecommerce analytics, marketing analytics, experimentation, membership / loyalty analytics and revenue management techniques.
• 3+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python, PySpark), big data, AWS, Python, Jupyter, other analytics / data science tools.
• Depth and breadth in quantitative knowledge. Excellent quantitative modeling, statistical analysis skills and problem-solving skills. Sophisticated user of statistical tools.
• Combination of deep technical skills and business savvy enough to interface with all levels and disciplines across the Commercial organization.
• Ability to develop experimental and analytic plans for data modeling processes, use of strong baselines, and ability to accurately determine cause and effect relations.
• Experience articulating business questions and using quantitative techniques to arrive at a solution using available data.
• Demonstrable track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively advocate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive results.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities across global stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of projects, resource manage, and develop trusted relationships with business stakeholders
